Finding good locations for landscape or architectural photography can be a real challenge at times, and a lot of my trips with my camera come after much trawling of OS maps, multiple internet searches and many questions to forums on useful photography sites like Flickr (check out the Ayrshire group in particular). My thanks to everyone who has made a suggestion for possible locations - there's nothing more frustrating than finally getting some quality time with the camera and not having anywhere inspiring to go.
