A web gallery of photographs I have taken from around and
about Scotland.
Digital
photography started as an interest for me and the relentless advance in
digital technology, combined with my
fascination with the Scottish landscape has turned this
interest into a passion. A passion which I constantly strive
to find the
time for. Over the equivalent of hundreds (if not thousands)
or rolls of film I have accrued a portfolio of images and
suggestions from friends and family led me to design this, my
first web page, to act as a display gallery for my efforts.
Please
feel to browse through my images, if you have any comments/questions
about the photographs on display here, the web page or are interested
in the idea of purchasing one or more prints of any of the pictures
displayed; please email me via the "Contact me" link in the quicklink
sidebar.

landscapes on offer in
this small but geographically diverse island.
Highly recommended for a
weekend trip for anyone looking for a weekend break away from the
hustle and bustle of the city.

Because
its so difficult to do justice to these in a photograph I'm
always delighted
when I capture even a measure of the beauty of sun's arrival or
departure from the sky.
A few of my best attempts are displayed here.

A departure from the scenic theme of this web page, I
couldn't resist adding in a few of my more "artistic" images.
When
the weathers not too great or you're tied to the house finding
something worthwhile to photograph when you've got an itchy trigger
finger can be a challenge. And just occasionally... a
rewarding
one.
